Shipping Policy
We ship to Europe, Oceania, and North America.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. The customer is fully responsible for entering the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment.
Shipping Times
Our products are shipped directly from our trusted supplier in China.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 5–12 business days
North America: 5–12 business days
Oceania: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on local customs, carrier operations, holidays, weather conditions, or other logistics factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure availability to receive the package.
Customs, VAT & Taxes
Products are shipped with the required customs declarations.
The customer is solely responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We do not collect or handle customs payments and cannot control whether local authorities apply additional charges.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, VAT, or failure to collect the package, no refund will be issued.
Delays
International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, weather, or logistics issues beyond our control.
