Refund policy
Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@triv.store and include a clear photo of the product and packaging.
We will verify the issue and, once approved, replace or refund the item within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back using trackable shipping. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit without valid tracking information.
Please keep all original packaging and proof of delivery until the issue has been fully resolved.
